The turn area at the end of the big street has been closed to through traffic and re-graded.

The aim of the resurfacing and closure is to:

• Reduce the quantity and speed of traffic in the lane
• Improve safety for the residents and village children.
• Remove the large potholes and provide water run-off.
• Slow the breaking up of a repaired surface
